Went clubbing last night (!)
Burned some cals, but my abs killed from 6 week 6 pack. But the burn was good.

initiating a new plan to keep me on track:
for every day that I eat within my allotted calories, I get a dollar towards whatever.
for every day that I workout for 30+ minutes, I get another dollar.
now I can stop spending money and start getting that toned stomach.
