I hate that I don’t have enough time in my day to workout Mondays. It’s the one day of the week that working out just doesn’t seem to work in my schedule. But I’m going to figure something out next Monday, I swear. I’ll make up for it in about an hour here, xx.
Worked out, had a protein shake, and now I’m chill as hell.
I think I’m going to take before and after pictures with this hula hooping class. I’ll also be going to the gym 3-4 times a week with the class, but I feel like doing something so new will cause a few changes worth documenting.
